Anyone else having problems with AOE II since the new Raja Expansion?

When playing Age of Empires II: HD Edition, on Steam, I keep getting the following error:

ATTEMPT TO ACCESS INVALID UNITS.

This world allows the following packages: Age of Empires II (Expansions), The Conquerors (expansions), The Forgotten (expansions)

1132: (The Rise of the Rajas)

I am not using any invalid units, and am playing like I always do. The error message does not come up at any particular time either...once when clicking on a villager, once when clicking on a spearman, once when scrolling to look at a different area of the map where I was being attacked...etc. etc...

Game cache in Steam? Verify or clear? I'm not having a problem with starting play...it will get i'd say half way to 2/3's thru the game, before the error pops up....just happened again. I have NOT gotten the "rise of the Raja" expansion....so not sure why this is happening!

Also having tremendous problems with either File Error 17 showing up or the game constantly de-syncing when trying to do multiplayer. This is absurd. The group trying to play has no expansion packs and this game has been rendered un-playable at this point.

Getting the same error. Not able to play any game.
I did not purchase RAJAS pack. but even then I am getting this message and my game ends.

same thing here at a random time of the game.

i played "random map" + "mega random"
