Stuck on Validating Subscriptions

I'm not subscribed to anything and the much suggested Ctrl+C doesn't work. When i unsubscribe from host settings it automatically resubscribes, so technically i do have workshop content.

"Go into your Logs folder and look for the most recent timestamped folder, then go in there and find your main-log.txt file. Open the file and look at the bottom. Note the last thing it tried to do."

The folder is blank, this doesnt help. Also it isn't called main-log.txt, it's called Main.txt. My profiles folder is alos empty, so i'm unable to delete player.nfp

I had the problem where it would get stuck on the Validating. To fix it in the launcher i simply clicked on the workshop and agreed to the statement.
