How to disble grid view on terrain.
When I play I see the grid on the terrain, but I find it rather annoying. How do you disable it, if you can?

Have you subscribed to a mod that added the grid?

No I don't have any mods. I remember this happening to me back in the original AOE2, but back then restarting the game seemed to fix it, but not anymore. I think there may be some key combination that can enable/disable it, but I can't figure it out.

I thought the only way too have a grid in the game was from a mod. I didn't think the gamd had a grid build in. I'll do some checking and see what I can find.

Can you show us a screenshot of the grid?

Never heard of this happening without a mod that adds it. As Lord Brimestone said, screenshots please!

I am also interested in these grids, please upload screenshots. Do you have any idea on how you managed to enable it?

Here is the screenshot I think:

Also I never installed any mods, but how can you check to see if any are installed?

There's definitely mods installed there. That's so odd.

Enter the game's files, find the 'mods' folder and delete anything there. Check you've got no subscriptions in the Workshop, then verify the game's cache files.

Ahh there was a mod there. I never installed it, and I wasn't subscribed to it, strange, but it fixed my problem nonetheless. Thanks!

No problem! No idea why it had subscribed you to it but I'm glad you got it sorted.
