Units from multiple buildings
double clicking a building selects all the same type of buildings on your screen. If they are all selected and I click to make a unit, it should produce the unit in all the selected buildings, otherwize it serves absolutely no purpose to select them all in the first place???

is this intentional, a bug or is it just lacking the feature at the moment? seems like a simple fix and it would drastically improve gameplay.

-They have stated they aren't happy with the current implementation of queuing units from multiple selected buildings.

Yes, and I swear they came out with a patch so a player could queue up units at multiple buildings at the same time. Then when the patch came.... no change. And I never heard another thing about it. Really confusing.

They are working on it I believe, only time will tell though if they will follow through on improving it.

I think it only works in single player, I've seen it work (although my single player is now broken, I cannot validate)

There are other reasons to select all like buildings. I do it all the time to set the rally point, etc.

No it doesn't work in single player, just tried it last night. But you can just click the unit multiple times and get one in each building, until they overlap production. Don't click-shift, this will only give you five units in one building.

you mean like how multiple unit queue works in starcraft 2? It would so epic if they could add this feature in man! I don't have to play like a crack head anymore if they add this ^^

-Yes, but it didn't work as perfect as they wanted it to. So it went from not existing to half working. And I believe in the future they want to return to it. But right now I don't think it is a priority (new features usually come after performance/bug fixes).
Units from multiple buildings works in SINGLE player games in a different way. It does not work in Multiplayer. in Single player, supposes you have 4 stables, then select all 4 stables and press 4 times for Paladine, it will produce 1 paladine from each of the 4 stables.

Interesting, I remember noticing that in my single player games but when it wasn't working in my multiplayer games I assumed it was because I selected them the wrong way or something.

may be a feature in forgotten expansion

This was never the case in the orignal AOE2, but it would be a good feature. Think it was patch 2.5 but then they dropped it after that.
