Aoe hd includes conquerors?

Hey i already have aeo with the expansion the conquerors but now i heard about the steam version and the new dlc the forgotten. I really want the new nations but i would also like the ones that the conquerors added wich is not on steam.
So is The conquerors in the hd version included?


(The conquerors includes: Spain, Maya, Koreans, and some new campaigns like el cid, Montezuma, Atilla )

Actually it's the perfect inverse: it does not include AoK, only The Conquerors.

Sry if im wrong here but isnt aok the like "base" game and conque just an expansion? That would mean that nearly every nation is missing. No chinese, Britain etc?

You're not wrong

The base Age2HD got ALL the civilizations of The Conquerors, obviously plus ALL the AoK civs.
When we say The Conquerors aka AoC, we consider the ensemble.

Age of Kings is the base game (released 1999). Age of Conquerors is the first expansion (released 2000). The Steam special includes this expansion.

Sold separately (also on Steam) is an expansion that may have been a user-created mod which was then adopted and fixed up by the new development team. The Forgotten civs was released a couple of months ago.
