Only Empire Earth is from the creator of Age of Empires, Rick Goodman ´(Stainless Steel Studios). Not the sequels. At moment, no news about this game come to Steam. Please forgive my english.

The developers for this game have closed down, they're not around anymore.

Sierra were the publishers, and they later merged into Activision. So in theory, Activision now on it all.

If you want to see the game on Steam, go and see Activision.

I would love to see Empire Earth 2 on Steam, too. But let's be honest... this is not gonna happen because Activiosion have a lot more ♥♥♥♥♥ to do like destroyin' CoD series... than reborn a very good strategy game.

Won't hurt to ask.
Activision won't know what you're talking about. See this thread.

Well, Sierra published it, who have now merged into Activision. I'm sure Activision (if they don't own it) would at least know what is going on with it / who owns it.

I don't miss empire earth, this game sucked a lot. Different ages were a cool idea, the exectution however was not so good.
As of 2008, the IP was owned by Rebellion. There isn't much information available (that I can find) beyond 2008. That was a long time ago.
The first game had massive memory leaks. I missed the second one, else I don't remember playing it. I tried Empire Earth 3, and it was worse than the E.T. game for Atari.
Well, if it will make them money, I don't see why not. Then again, most likely just peanuts for them.
Point remains, no one knows who "they" are.

Amen to this. I once did a test scenario, and managed to get my Nano Age submarine sunk by a bunch of Imperial Age frigates that, quite logically, shouldn't even have been able to see it, never mind actually hit it.
