Bug with map/screen game it''s all white!!!

Hi everyone! I had just bought Empire Age II! Well The game works good until I Should play whatever match, both single match and campaign! The game of my sister works well, so i don't understand if is fault of my computer or...the game itself. I need help. Thanks you a lot guys!

Sounds like something is blocking it, disable your Anti-Virus and try it agian.

I just tried it with antivirus disabled, and the error persists. stressfull! anyway really thank you your idea are as a guide for me :)

can it be related with those microsoft visual c++ redistributable packages? those things always ♥♥♥♥ up. i always had problems with these damn packages, lately i had to do a clean OS install because a game would not install because in turn one of these packages couldn't be installed

i dont get it, you already have tens of visual c++ when u look in control panel, yet every nearly every game on steam installs another one of these dreadful things

I'd not worry about the error, just means you can't see the twitter feed on the launcher, I have the same thing.
