Why does game not allow advance to Post Imperial Age?
Hello, Ive been playing the standard game for a while now and I found out that no matter what I choose as my settings the highest advancement I can achieve is the Imperial age.
Why can you start your game in the Post Imperial Age, but not advance to it naturally as you do all the others. Thanks in advance for any illumination on this matter.

Post Imperial just denotes that all technologies have been researched. You can achieve this in game by researching everything yourself.

Post Imperial Age is techically not an age. There are 4 ages, Post Imperial Age just means it is the Imperial Age as normal but with every upgrade and technology is researched beforehand.
'Post Imperial' isn't actually another age, rather just the Imperial age fully developed! So when you start in the Imperial age in the standard game, you start off having just entered the imperial age but with none of the Imperial techs researched (but you have all the castle age techs researched). When you start in post Imperial every technology avalible to your civ has been researched so it saves you both time and resources to get straight to the action!

Hope this has been helpful!
