Either host yourself or play with people you know aren't going to ragekick.
and there is also a CBA map with a kick function.
technically its not cheating - as Cysion sayd - host your own games.
CBA v13 4,2,1 has a kick function - CBA v13 4,2,2 has better trigger for player 1
cba v15,1 - player 1 start with 2 villagers at beginning. thats are maps i know that changed.
imho anything that gives one player unfair and unknown or unseen advantage over the other players is a cheat. I feel sorry for cheats.
I've never seen a host cheat on Steam, but when they did it on FFA Path Blood games on GameRanger, I used to freeze my game process after getting booted. However, I've seen players troll in CBA on Steam multiple times, so I think it's good to have a booter. What Laptop65 said is also right. "P2P works by one person being the host, and anyone has the right to disconnect an IP from their computer / connection"
