The PS2 game
Hello everyone!

I found out today that there was a PS2 game. How does it compare to the orginal AoE 2 and the HD edition?

i know there was a ps2 game, but i cant really imagine how to play with a controller.

interface and music was different - but just look the ps2 gameplay and you will notice the differences

i rented it once.... horrible the controller was just terrible and the screen streech on 600x400 XDD horrrrrribleeeeeeee

Can use keyboard and mouse, multiple languages, changed music, capped to 75 population, slow framerate, very small field of view and no Map Editor. Other than that, it's basically Age of Kings.

I used to play it, more than 10 years ago. Back then I had no PC and I wanted to play AoE 2 so badly, and so I played it. Without a mouse. It was OK and entertained me quite a bit but I see no point in playing AoE on a PS2 these days.
