As for AoE2... Is MP very populated ??? Is there a Quick Match Making System... one that also accounts for ELO?
They do have a quick match but it's been disabled for quite some time. As long as teams are balanced you get elo for any standard game.
There are a lot of beginners that play. There is less if you are in the higher tier. If you like scenarios there are always CBA lobbies up.
Do a majority play Ranked??? Do a majority play 1v1 or team play??? What do you see as an average game time???
1v1's are usually less. I play all team games myself.
Is this the same with AoE3??? or is AoE2 more popular?
You are welcome, happy to answer any other questions.
All units are scaled correctly unlike aoe 2. But aoe2 excels in competitive side.
With more players and a food soundtrack.
I hope 0ad comes on steam as a paid product as i hate f2p because they become p2w.
To answer your question, get both. 0ad is free atm.
The only downside is, 0ad is free.
I have it on my computer, I just didn't have fun with it. If it had a working campaign mode or lively multiplayer mode instead of trying to make single player random map mode I would enjoy it more though!
