i can ask why you against an newer windows ?
You can't expect them to keep running compatibility for a system 4 systems old

Also I only have 2 gb 400 mhz ram, so that makes Windows 7 run like crap.
Keep in mind buying more ram is so much more expensive in my country than in other countries.
For example 4 gb of ram is probably like 800$ (not dollars).
Anyways thanks for the help guys, I guess I'll upgrade at some point lol.
No due to the 3D water rendering. The graphical enhancements (such as 3D water and vsync) require more power to run smoother, but it might work.
Really the RAM is probably the worst thing about this PC, but it holds up pretty good.
I currently have 1500 dollars saved, but I'm not sure If I want to spend them on a PC... even though I could get a pretty decent one.
I used to play it on a Dell Inspiron 9100. It wasn't a good experience :) The 3.4GHz CPU helped to keep it working and I used QEMM memory management to tweak avaialble resources.
