Aliens mod
Has anyone made a mod that turns archers into machine gun soldiers and then some other figures to aliens? kinda starcraftish mod?

Not that I'm aware of, but you might be interested in Star Wars: Galactic Battlegrounds, it's basically Star Wars Age of Empires. Runs on the Genie Engine, so it's virtually identical.

Some notable changes are that there are aircraft as well. Instead of monks, you have Jedi/Sith which are also powerful combat units in addition to having all the utility of a monk.
