You can use the I R Winner cheat to pass individual campaign maps. I recently had to use it as despite 3 full play-throughs of all campaigns the Achievements I scored did not include the campaign completion.

Finally after several years of holding back on me - I was able to score that elusive achievement. Now I'm working on all those part finished Achievements that count the beans. I could make individual maps that take seconds to score a win but its way more fun just playing through games that score several points toward Achievements at once.

No. I used 'cheat' to get around the bug that caused the Steam Achievement system to fail to recognise I HAVE actually earned the Achievement 3 times over. I was advised that it was the only way I would likely get the system to accept my actual achievement.

I have many games but only have 100% in a handful. Civ V is one. It took me years to win them all. In AoE II HD I have 80% achievements all earned in actual games. No special cheat maps. If my AI opponent can beat me to a fast kill I lose and start again. I first played the game back in 2013 and dip back in for fun every few weeks.

In the process of trying to get the system to recognise I HAD indeed won the Achievement I tried 3 full replays. First the original play through. Then a second trying to get the Achievements that seemed to have glitched [ there were several]

Then one day I loaded up and saw that I scored several of my locked out Achievements. My hopes were up... but no, still no overall campaign achievement despite carefully playing EVERY optional play in each of the scenarios. So I tried another play through. Still nothing.
I then tried a partial replay using the cheat to win early games of each campaign. Then fully playing through the final games. Nothing worked.

After giving up I commented in a post about the problem and was advised that I need to try the cheat on the individual scenarios. THIS time it finally worked.

So the only cheating I have done is to try and trigger the failing Achievement system to recognise my actual achievements. When all else had failed.

I get you now I already saw that aoe 2 hd has some glitched achievements even if I didn;t really look after them (dracula campaign)
I will now try to do this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EgOBSC7cNkY&ab_channel=Ghibliite because I completed mission 4 and 5 on one playthrough and then my game crashed, steam didn;t synchronise progress but I still will have final map to play, and even if still it won't I will try to jump into other campaign and go back years later to fullfill this exhaustings maps again; because my point now is to see if I wasted my time (over 4 hours) will have to still play thru them again or no

Edit however which campaigns did you found already glitched? Was dracula one of them or no?

I have no idea which failed to get recognised when I first tried. However, try to only use the cheat to pass those scenarios you know you have already won. Otherwise you risk never feeling to achieved them after many hours of play.

Currently I have over 3000 hours of play and now have 81% of the achievements. Most the remaining ones are for scoring 50 or 100 wins as the hero.

Each game I set up now has a random real world map with 1 ally and 1 enemy. I select my current Hero team to get them to 50 wins then move on to the next. Sometimes my ally wins for me; other times I am nearest the enemy and have to earn the win with a lot more work.

So... each game I play earns a point for ....

100 Victories
Day of a Thousand Stories
Anytime Anywhere

Plus 1 to the Persian 50 wins, as they are my main Hero team for now.

If you want to add another score to this you can earn the Loyal Ally by building a Market and donating some stuff to your ally. That can also let your ally defend more while you build an attack force. I no longer need that so rarely help them.

Even when I lose I sometimes score toward the 10k ruins Achievement if the enemy destroys any of my buildings. After 3,000 hours I expected to have more than the 4349 buildings I have lost across the game. I might actually have to make a wall of houses to encourage more losses later ;)

With the random maps I have chosen it is rare that I get a quick win. My ally often is near me and taking resources I would like. So it takes me longer to compete. To make the challenge more fun I leave the enemies as random.

If you still have lots of enemies under 100 wins you can set up maps with say 2 allies and 6 enemies and let your allies help you stay alive while those enemies fight both the allies and each other.

So on some maps I was getting points toward as many as at least 10 Achievements for each game. Those games would often last several hours, though very occasionally I would get wins within an hour by collecting all the relics :)
[Relics don't count in my current maps]

I hope you enjoy scoring as much as I have :D

I agree; they really spoil the game. With Civ V I played some scenarios over 100 times before I scored the win. It was really hard, but VERY satisfactory to get 100% I spent many hours watching how others play through the game;p sometimes finding I needed to do it my own way as I could not play their style.
