AoE 2 HD Windows 10

Hello dear aoe fans 😎 I want to buy the game but I have read that its not working on windows 10 especially the multiplayer (lan is not working and you cant create a game ??
Me and my my best friend want to play against and so we wanna buy it but before that I want to ask the community about these problems.
I hope i get a few answers on my request :-)

I’ve just bought it and I have windows 10 and it’s working but I had one issue the game didn’t start was forever validation subscriptions so I fixed it by renaming the launcher in folder game

The game works on Windows 10. The HD Edition does support LAN games, but it still requires an internet connection to start the game (which can defeat the point of playing a LAN if you're connected but don't have an internet connection). The online multiplayer is functional but quite laggy. It's ok if you just want to play a few games with friends, but for anything more than that you can actually install a mod that allows you to play the original game using your HD installation. There are mods that make the original game perform much better and have more features, and you can still set up this version even if you buy the HD Edition.

If you are planning on buying the HD Edition, know that it often goes on sale (up to 75% off), so you may want to wait for a sale.

Definitely a great game. Works on Win10 64-bit and it isn't super gpu/cpu demanding. Multiplayer is super easy. Just create your own game and invite your friends to it. They'll accept the request and be in your lobby (just make sure you have it open to friends).

You can play 2hrs to test game, if you don't like, you can refund. But aoe 2 hd, are made to work on newest OS systems. So don't worry.
