Black forest is also a famous for multiplayer due to ease to wall off the map if you prefer to build up first.
Others that I've seen trend from time to time: Continental. Yucatan. Baltic. Team Islands.
The map Fortress is normally played with the Regicide Game Mode, and that's the most common use of Regicide.
Death Match is also played, also with the settings the players start in the Post-Imperial Age, the map is set to Explored, and Fast speed is used. It's often played on custom maps that remove the starting sheep, straggler trees, and boar, since you don't need them and they interfere with building placement.
Other modes such as Defend the Wonder, King of the Hill, Capture the Relic, and Sudden Death, are used for fun games, but aren't used competitively.
There are also custom scenarios, such as CBA, that are played sometimes.
