For the disc there is Age of Vampires (total conversion for werewolves, vampires, witch hunters and stuff).
There is also a complete lord of the rings (the third age) conversion that was fantastic. Sadly these two mods as of to date only work with disc version.
No, codes been changed to much for it or at lease that's how I understand it at lease expressed by the Age of Vampires modding team.
portuguese mod. adds new civs and features (heroes, bonuses for wonder for examble)
none of those are in AOK+AOC. Also even if some civs exists in HD expansion mods other features starting from:
-A completly new age, the Renaissance Age, with new units and technologies, has been added!
-A new resource, Experience, with an unique way to obtain it, has been added!
-The Mercenary system of the first version of the Portuguese Civ Mod has been expanded!
-A new gameplay feature for Real World Maps has been added: the Rare Resources system!
that means, aoe1 and aoe2 with the expansion for each, cd version expansion only though so not the new hd only ones
