It was just part E3 stream, not seperate stream for aoe so obviously they have a lot games to talk. Would be weird if they would talk one game +30 min

7:40 watch how lowest camel has 2 enemy units right next to him but he does not attack. It seems he is close enough to attack, so that whether he is on “stand ground” stance does not matter.
Also after enemy units have killed, that standing camel starts to move before Cysion selects units, so he does not appear to be on “Stand ground”.
He was just frozen for a while for no good reason :(
I hope that they put AOC pathfinding in while there still is time…
Also couple more camels show same behavior of being frozen at least for some time and then moving before Cysion selects them, showing that they were not on “Stand ground”.
Well, it seems that those 18. june 1500 betatesters are desperately needed :D :D

Instead of fixing the HD edition they made this so called Definitive edition. Which is basically the exact same thing (probably with more nice bugs), except they changed some textures, which can be done with the hd edition as well with FREE workshop mods. (some of them look even better than this btw. ) Oh, and they also added that annoying blur effect... Totally worth it :P

Well, HD workshop texture mods don't come even close to the miracle that DE graphics are for my eyes.

no HD mod does increase pixel size, (unit height is like 16 pixels on HD for any resolution). visual effects can be disabled as said in livestream if you bothered to watch before writing

Any old aoe2 player can notice the amount of work involved in DE.
Work on the graphics does not equal work on other areas of the game. I've heard the graphics are developed quite literally by a separate company (I believe this is what Wicked Witch did, and is why they're included in the credits for the game).
A lot of players just want scenarios that aren't filled with easy to fix bugs, modding support, and a multiplayer experience that is on par with that of the UserPatch. There's still a lot that hasn't been shown.
