Creating a new group - Information within

Hello there fellow survivors,
I have recently been in search of a team of players to survive with. I am not looking to create a clan, more of a TEAM - and not a large team either. I want to create a very close knit group of people who all co-operate and learn with each other. A team that in a few months will be solid, with perfect chemistry - working well together, basically reading eachother's minds.
In other clans, this is rare to find. Too many cooks spoil the broth, and unfortunately that is true for a lot of clans out there. No consistency and lack of formation.

What I propose is a criteria which each potential member of said team must meet to be allowed to join. I also propose that there is no 'Leader/Admin' etc. There is only team-work, discussion and 'democracy' so to speak. This, however does not mean that when we are in a crazy area (electro, nwaf) someone won't 'take the lead' of the team and co-ordinate them. I am not avoiding tactics, just trying to avoid petty clan politics which can be the great un-doing for most clans.

I propose that all major team decisions for example - people being removed from the team, people being allowed into the team, the agenda for that day - should all be discussed with who ever is involved. I aim to start the team fairly small, with only a couple of people joining at first to see how it goes. Hopefully start to shape the group. So for example, if there are 3 people in the group and a new guy plays with us - after the session is over the 3 team members can all openly discuss why they think said player should or should not be allowed in to the team.

The proposed criteria for the group is as follows;

You must have played 140 + hours of DayZ Standalone. At least 30 hours on the DayZ Mod would be beneficial however not required.

You must be aged 19 or over. Exceptions could be made for 18 year olds.

You must have TeamSpeak 3 and good microphone etiquette absolutely NO echoes, continuos transimission, voice activation will NOT be accepted. Push to talk is the only logical solution to avoid chaos in TS channels and remain order so that we can perform to the best of our ability in what ever situation. People who continuously talk over other members, drown people out - the team will pick up on it no doubt and if it doesn't stop then the team can decide to take action of course. Radio silence in some situations is important and self-control is a MUST.

English MUST be your first language. This is not racism, is is for obvious basic communication reasons. UK/USA/Canada etc all of these English speaking countries are eligible to join the group. Exceptions could be made of course if the team all agrees that is is necessary.

Don't join the team if you just need people to play with, we have people to play with however we are looking for a TEAM

There is no mission statement for the team as of yet, it is completely up to whoever joins. I am not a Bandit myself, however I can play the game in anyway as long as it is fun and we are not killing everything that moves. I would maybe like to have a team which alternates on playstyle to maximise the fun that they can have from the game.

As you can see this is all just a proposal, I am not trying to found a clan or even found the proposed team. I am looking to see if anyone has read this and is like-minded who feels that they can help me find the right people for the team. I want it to be a group of people who get along well. I want to limit the team to 10-15 players maximum to make sure that you are always playing with the same people who you like, and who you are good with tactically. I am not trying to create this to be an Administrator of anything or have any power over anything. I will make the group and you can use the TS server but the PEOPLE are the TEAM not me. The people can at any point decide to tell me to leave and continue without me.
I want to build strong relationships with my team mates and die by their side if need be. I want to be confident in the man standing beside my wielding the rifle.

I have played a lot of DayZ/Arma and really enjoy the games and sometimes like to take is serious and really try hard. Other times I do not mind rolling down the east coast as a fresh spawn trying to strike a funny dialogue with players. Just yesterday I opened a homeless shelter in Three Valleys where we helped many hungry survivors and killed a man who tried to cross us.

Very nice post. Sadly I don't meet all the requirements but I'll give it a shot anyways! I have easily over 100+ on the mod but I have only had the Standalone for a few days (Have been trying to wait out as long as possible for the hope of the game to be less buggy but decided to just get it.)

I am the age of 17 (Another requirement I've failed) though I think of myself to be pretty mature for my age. I do have a mic that works perfectly fine without problems, and also have TeamSpeak, Skype, or any other program for chatting. I don't seem to have any close friends who play this so therefor the game is boring to me alone and constantly getting teamed on by bandits then being shot instantly.

As you can tell, like I said, I do not meet half of the requirements but I thought I'd try anyways! Let me know of your decision, if I don't hear from you then I'll just know that you decided to not let me in.

I have had interest from what seems to be the 'target audience' and am pretty happy that my long post has made for a more niche applicant. I am going off for the night but spoke to a few guys, and it seems to be going well. I will speak to you when I am on tomorrow bic boi but look forward to it :-)

Had a good night last night, very successful. We survived all night and pulled off a couple of really nice ambushes. If anyone else is still interested, we'll probably be setting the group up really soon.
