Server with more loot?

I'm new to this game and vanilla servers are too hard to play. 10 characters i create, 10 dies by starving.

Which server has some good loot?

Try to get better clothing around the houses, keep your temperature in the white and off of the blue. You loose something up to 50x the amount of "food energy" when your temperature is blue.

Plenty of loot out there. But if you stay near the well beaten 'paths' and those before you scooped it up, time to head into the boonies where few go and harvest all the loot there.

Getting on a server with more loot does not help you in the sense it does not help you learn the game. As SteelDragon said, better clothing, cooked food etc. Either go on a low pop "official" server" or a pve server and learn the game. I always say, when it comes to playing dayz well. One most first learn t die. I know sounds stupid, but it is good advice. Learn from deaths, die, die and die again. And soon you will not die from the stupid stuff.
