There's no offline option right now, but you can create your own local server and do whatever your heart desires and gaming preferences desire.
That's exactly what I did.

possible to add maybe AI bandits do u think?
@Jan
Do you think it's possible to add AI bandits?

I think you'll have an easier time communicating with bot mod developers than I do.

I'm a Russian user, and I'm having trouble :bambi: understanding the English instructions when trying to figure out how to install and adapt it for my SLP.

Yes there is. There are plenty of tutorials on Youtube on how to set up your own server, with mods.
Or just find a low pop PvE server using the mods your looking for.
Yup and it's rather fun/easy too once you get the hang of it, just follow some YouTube tutorials and you'll get the hang of it all, I did it on Linux so you could do it on Steam Deck with ease too.

DayZ offline mode is achieved by installing the community-made "DayZ Community Offline Mode" (or similar, like Sakhal/Esseker) which enables single-player, modding, object spawning, and god mode without needing a server. It requires downloading specific files from GitHub, placing them in the DayZ\Missions folder, and launching via a provided .bat file.

Key Steps to Setup:
Download: Get the "DayZ Community Offline Mode" files (e.g., from Arkensor on GitHub or similar community projects).
Install: Extract and copy the Missions folder into your DayZ installation directory (Steam\steamapps\common\DayZ).
Launch: Run the DayZCommunityOfflineMode.bat file found within the missions folder.
Alternative: Use the DayZ Launcher to set the mission parameter to the offline mission folder and enable necessary mods like CF and Community Online Tools.
Key Features:
Admin Tools: Press End to enable and Y to open the Community Online Tools (COOT) menu to spawn items, change weather, and teleport.
Mods: You can load additional mods, such as weapons or map extensions (e.g., Esseker, Sakhal), by adding them to the startup parameters.
Persistence: Changes (building/placing items) can be saved by managing the init.c and mission file structures.
Note: This is an unofficial, community-created tool, not an official feature from Bohemia Interactive.

This still does not enable or achieve an "Offline Mode" .. You still need to be connected to the internet for DayZ to validate ownership through Steams Authentication servers.
"DayZ Offline-Mode Mod" just means Single Player with No Server, not actually "offline", and it also does NOT save your progress from session to session .. it's one and done, there is no Character "persistence", regardless of what items you add to your Admin Tool Spawned "world space".
you can create local server but performance will suck unless your PC is very powerful since a lot of calculations are done serverside

Incorrect.

You can easily run a same-machine local server on a 6 core Ryzen5 2600;
2 cores for the server, and 4 cores for the game client .. I did that for a long time, and had zero performance issues .. remember, in that use-case, there is only one Player on the server, and unless using Expansion mod PLUS a bunch of other mods, the server runs just fine on 2 cores.
Server hardware requirements are much lower than the Game Client

not incorrect. my CPU is significantly better than that and a local server still became a slideshow in Elektro compared to running smooth on official servers. the game's architecture is designed since Alpha around being a massive multiplayer game so a lot of calculations serverside to help performance and counter cheaters (even though the anti cheat has failed miserably)
