DayZ Modded Items Not spawning

HI, I am having an issue with modded items not spawning on the map. I keep getting this error with all items I have added into the game. I have went around the map with VPPadmin to confirm the items are not spawning. I have deleted items within a radius, and waited for loot to respawn but still get the same error.

It means that you have too much loot for available spawnpoints. CE can't find a spot where it can spawn the item, you can try reducing number of other items spawning, you could add additional spawnpoints in the buildings in mapgroupproto.xml or you could change the usage if it's somewhere that relatively limited on the map, for example if you have items just spawning at hospitals, the available loot spots available is going to be much more limited than if it were available to spawn at every house in the map.
