Any thing I can do to treat a broken bone?

I dont have any medical supplies, other than a Saleine Bag IV and a Blood Bag, but no test kit.
I broke my legs when lag decided that it would be a nice idea to jump off stairs 1 foot off of the ground. I'm not bleeding, so I'm alright, just, can I go up stairs, and do normal things? I kinda cant get help because I have no map or compass.

Find a bandage and bundle of sticks and drag bandages onto sticks to craft into a splint. Then use the splint to fix leg, unless you don't have either.

Tear a shirt into rags, and combine them with sticks. That way you can make a splint.

I could make the rags, but how would I get sticks? I have an axe, and I'm in the forest so trees ain't hard to find

Yeah, I was at a hospital, but there were no Medical things there, just an M4, and some mags, which I took, I seriously dont want to die either, I have an M4 2 mags full of ammo, an extra 20 bullets, Firemans Axe and food. I'm set for life!

sorry for cross-post, but the Q&A forum is really dead, apparently, is a broken leg obvious and a status message? or do you just fall over repeatedly trying to move?

Lol bring me back i remember back in dayz mod i ran into cherno and broke my legs i literally had to crawl all the way to the hospitals lol.

You will be forced to move in a prone position. If you stand up and move, you will fall back down on the first step.

thanks wulfie, thought i had a broken leg but couldn't remember for sure just how obvious it was.

also, will it heal screwed up naturally if left for a long time anyone got any idea? you'd walk with a limp though, at least.

It does not cure itself.

yeah, figured not, would be a nice touch with how the body is simulated though, well tough decision now, jump off the fire station or crawl around in search of sticks from NWAF. :/ heh.
