I ate a rotten kiwi

It was fresh in the inventory... Now my character is feeling faint...
I ate antibiotics, but not enough I'm still ill and my vision turned grey... Need to hurry !

it could take a while sometimes it helps just sit it out...eat and drink much and good things. with my first char i ate a rotten banana and the sick status is gone from alone :)

Thanks, I need to eat a lot or to have a transfusion, my character needs blood. But eating antibiotics will stop the sickness and won't lose blood and energy anymore.

Another tip to make your player vomit rotten food is to go next to a water pump and drink as much water till you start vomiting.

Vomiting will cause damage to your health, but it’s needed to cure food poisoning.

I had food poisoning from a rotten apple.

Took a while but antibiotics kept the worst of it at bay, then drinking water until I threw up seemed to calm it down. eventually it was gone.

Word of warning don't eat. Made me go from slightly sick to almost dead sick!
