if you're guy is moaning every so often, not hungry thirsty sick or bleeding. You most likely are very low on blood if you are you will notice the color saturation has decreased (meaning you see colors less), either get someone to use saline on you (safer then getting a transfusion of the wrong blood type) or stay alive, hydrated and fed. Not too sure if blood is regenerating over time yet though.

Moaning means pain. And you will ned pain killers or morphine injection to remedy that. Saline will help the saturation, but it wont stop the moaning.

If you dont have painkillers, cleaning your wounds with alcohol will also help, only time will stop it (keep fed and hydrated)

Painkillers then log out somtimes the moaning sound is buged and wont go away unless you log out.
