They are using the controller on a computer monitor. Who the hell hooks up a PS4 to a ♥♥♥♥ small monitor?

Add to that if you have a daulshock 4 controller and a way to connect it to you're computer you can get motionjoy's ds4 program to emulate a mouse and keyboard on it

I enjoy video games now more than ever on PC. I bought a PS4 and I hate the ♥♥♥♥♥♥ games that are out. PC gaming is far better. I do enjoy though using a Controller to play some games.
