most czech are bilingual, the russians stuff is basically their roots with being a part of the ussr back in the day.
most eastern european countries speak russian as a second language.
people mainly speak and write english in the game no matter what ethnicity..you might come across foreign languages occassionally but you hardly notice it, also it might depend from server where a certain language is preferred
Thats wrong. Dean Hall and his own development team made the mod. Bohemia still has to be mentioned in the credits because they own the rights on the engine and well most of the models including the whole map but they are not the developers.
To actual topic: Russian servers seem to be amongst the most crowded ones but i doubt there are significantely more russian players than europeans for example.
