"VAC Enabled Games

Please see the Steam Store Valve Anti Cheat Enabled search term.
Valve games

The Valve Anti-Cheat system is enabled for servers displaying the Secured shield logo. Using custom skins, sounds or maps and playing multi-player mods which do not modify core .EXE and .DLL files will not result in a VAC ban

Cheating in one of the following Source games will result in a VAC ban for all games in the list and your items from Team Fortress 2 will be removed except any items that have been purchased:
Counter-Strike: Source
Half-Life 2: Deathmatch
Day of Defeat: Source
Team Fortress 2

Cheating in one of the following Gold Source games will result in a VAC ban for all games in the list:
Counter-Strike
Condition Zero
Ricochet
Day of Defeat
Team Fortress Classic
Half-Life: Deathmatch
Deathmatch Classic

Note:

Excluding the games listed above, VAC bans will only apply to the game the cheat was detected in. For example, a VAC ban in Modern Warfare 2 will not affect Modern Warfare 3.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 & 3

VAC is enabled on all multiplayer servers, public and private. Any modifications to the game other than editing config files can result in a VAC ban. Examples of such modifications include but are not limited to console enablers, VAC disablers, and server hosting mods.
Dungeon Defenders

VAC is enabled in both Open and Ranked mode. Using cheats or trainers in either mode will result in a VAC ban."
VAC bans by engine, so no, you are not banned from DayZ. That being said, you're either a scumbag for having previously cheated or an idiot for letting a hacker access your account in the first place.

You should know, having 3 VAC Bans on your account and whatnot.

OP is an idiot and everyone should of answered with a yes your banned. You know this fool will be hacking on DayZ.
Not only will you be banned, but you'll also be banned from even playing the game, you see, Day Z is hosted by Steam right now, being Stand alone, and being stand alone it's running off of VAC servers, so yes you're screwed. Should of thought about that before you started hacking.

When someone's last (confirmed) ban is several years old, there's not really a reason to give them crap about it. People change, and people learn. At least some do.

(You can check when he was last banned by viewing his profile.)

@OP: While VAC bans are bound to your account, only VAC bans that happen on Valve's games are "global." If you get VAC banned on, say, Garry's Mod, you don't get banned from CS:S, TF2, DayZ, CoD, etc.

But if you get banned in CS:S, you can't play on any VAC secured servers on Source Engine games by Valve.

Then I guess there's a huge security breach for DayZ. (Don't look at my profile.)

I wouldn't do that, the VAC rage squad is incoming :rfacepalm:
Day Z is ruined by having the worst community out there, hackers just don't help.

Bunch of Troll Z players.
Buy the game and don't hack, And you will have it forever. Or until they kill their servers.
