Thirst/Hunger bug?

I notice that the last two lives I've had I spawn in thirsty, run over to a water source and drink until I'm totally full. From then on I never get hungry nor thirsty again and eventually if I check my inventory will become sick and unable to treat it. I tried eating vitamins, also ate some bananas or other fresh fruit to the only white text saying "My stomach is full" type of messages...

Anyone else seeing this?

You can get sick from drinking pond water. It's a chance. doesn't always happen. Usually to get unsick you need to take Tetrasomething an antibiotic which you need a syringe to inject into your body.

unless you find the pill form. then you are lucky.

Good to know however still doesn't really help me understand why my character never gets thirsty or hungry the remainder of my life (which can be for several hours)

Sometimes it takes a really long time. Several hours does seem to be a tad bit long though. Without running i have made it maybe an hour or so before my character complained about thirst or hunger.

Do you crouch walk, jog, or sprint everywhere? If your doing things that aren't physically demanding on your character, I.E. sprinting, vaulting, etc.. then you'll get thirsty/hungry a lot less quickly. You just gotta think of your C as a living being.
