Micro stuttering anyone?

Hey guys, im new to the game and i love it but... microstuttering is an issue... anyone else? or any fix?

The only time I notice anything weird with frame rate is when I’m zoomed in either with the eye focus thing or a scope. Or if I’m in a heavily modded server.

Running on mostly high/max settings on a 2070 Super and i7 10th Gen (can never remember the exact model number).

i have a i-9 and a 4090 and still have these issues usually i just reset my pc and its good i notice when im running in the woods

yea I get it when in mod maps or steam workshop maps.

PC specs:
AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D @5.2Ghz
Nvidia RTX4070Ti SUPER
32GB Crucial 5200mhz DDR5
4TB Crucial 3500mb/s M.2 SSD
1440p 144hz monitor (110-144 fps)

All settings extreme/maxed out

I think my pc specs are kinda good:

Rtx 3070
I7 Gen 10
32gb ram
Ssd nvme

And im not even running the game maxed out, but i see a micro stutter every 5-10 seconds..

Oh and also using windows 11, does it matter?

Yeah... I've noticed it for some reason, I left Dayz for a while and since I've come back with a fresh install modded servers are giving me what feels like input lag, looking through a scope make it worse and is stuttering really bad.

whilst driving a car I'm getting high fps as always but when I look around in 3pp that's when the stuttering starts (input from mouse) as soon as I stop rotating the camera everything's right back to 144 locked.

I believe its when spawning in infected or other player triggered events, perhaps even local weather or traffic to steams cloud.
