Burlap Wraps now Burlap Strips?

Cut 2 burlap sacks earlier today, trying to make a mosin gun wrap and I am not getting wraps. Only strips of burlap.

Mosin gun wrap is gone, now it's the ghillie gun wrap for all guns. Burlap strips and netting make a ghillie gun wrap.
