Different stages of Canibalism? Broken?

so yeah me n my group are the bandit type and have recently been eating some of our victims. We all cry from time to time but even though we have all had similar ammounts of meat, one guy in particular with eating only 2 human steaks is flinching all over the place crying every 2 minutes. Other have had far more to eat, myself having had 4 steaks cry every 20-30 mins and dont flinch at all. Please answer if you know how the side effects come about, if its if u eat lots at once or total number over life span.

getting something like kuro or brain desiese or flintching is all chance when eating human meat. there are many guides and things on how it works, the more cooked the meat is the lower the chance, so burnt = low chance of kuru/brain desiease while uncooked= like an 80%chance. also twitching will get worse and worse and it cant be cured, other people can also physiclly see your character twitch and can hear them cry
