Build a PC that makes sense. Budget and performance wise.
That wasn't meant to rhyme...
http://pcpartpicker.com/
you should be able to build a decent rig for that
good luck

Did it all for about $1300.00 US but mostly on Black Friday discounts...
I run DayZ on High settings and it looks amazing, so you dont need to go broke.
Tower-go ahead and get a full size tower the factory dell style wont fit all the stuff you need
Motherboard-Go intel(have read forums Dayz will run better plus better processer allaround) if you can, I use AMD quad and dont have many problems but will be switching to intel soon. Pay attention to how may Graphic slots it has, make sure it is SLI compatable so you can like Graphic cards for furture updates. also pay attention to USB slots
Processor-as above i use AMD quad which will run 125ish USD. But go intel and save you some trouble...dont go cheap you need a good processor for good preformance. processors can be updated later without affecting much
Ram-spend a bit more and start with atleast 1 8gig chip, later you can just buy more chips and get to 32g without have to waste your money on buying 2-4g chips
Power supply-Depends on what your gonna run but if you get a 850watt you should be good for most anything
Hard drive-I use 2...1 for windows and 1 for gaming. You can get a 1 teribyte for around 75USD
Graphics card-Pay attention to intel or AMD compatible. Again the more it cost the better it is. I have a Geforce 760 and can run 3 small sceens ok. make sure you buy one that is compatable with SLI so you can buy another one later (usually has to be the exact same Graphics card).
Operating System-You will have to buy a disk or dl to a flash drive and get a key code (building costume rigs dont come with installed operating systems). Launch new rig enter BIOS and choose launch order to load from disk/flash drive
Optional/later upgrades:
Sound card-your mother board will come with sound output built in
fans/cooling packs-several ways of keeping computer cool...i just keep the side off of it
cdrom-most games are going to DL versions from steam and what not but you may want it. I use the one from my old dell due to having a windows disc and needed if for install
burner-always good to have around but you can buy external and usb it in
Gaming keyboard/mouse/pad-nice to have for quick acess to commands
UPS-battery back up so if you lose of power you have X amout of time to close it down and it gives protection from lighting
I use Newegg.com to locate parts and read reviews but if copy item you want and google it usually you can find it cheapier somewhere else. Once you get all parts in assemble computer in a clean area NOT ON CARPET!!! static can fry electronics...dont be afraid of it you can buy a wrist band that you clam onto the case and you wont have to worry about it. Once you have it build and ready to turn on it can get frustrating..you will end up restarting due to window updates all the time. The hardest part for me is to find the driver that attatches your mother board to the internet (this is where you need other computer) some boards come with a driver disk (again where you will need a cdrom). After your up and going.....get a antivirus Norten/AVG ect..and I like to have a driver finder program that i can just scan for updated drivers and install but that is up to you.
This is a big task but if you have a bit of common since and patience you can do it and you will learn alot along the way.
I have only built 2 rigs from nothing but upgraded several different rigs. Others may have different ideas/opions but it is really up to you how much you want to spend.
