Gas Canister

The elusive gas canister.
let me get to the point, i cant find it, im told to look into industrial areas but not having too much luck there. I'll be honest i havnt found the V3S at all other than like ten guys who tried to run me over with it, and me shooting them (by "them" i mean one) out of it.

I found 2 of them today. Both in sheds and not more than 1 mile apart. They were in the small fenced compounds that have junk vehicles, farm, storage and garage buildings.

Picking them up is really glitchy. You can drop them and get them into inventory by your head gear and boots. Sometimes they just stick to you can't drop them and sometimes they disapear from your hands. DO NOT TRY TO POUR ONE INTO THE OTHER. The gas just spills;

Found a truck without gas and a gassed up one after a restart in the same place the 1st day of .51 stable. Saw two other trucks on the road. Never saw a truck again. Kil all trucks!

I found a canister earlier today in a storage shed. I think its in the spawn group of the mostly useless loot you find in sheds and construction sites

I wish you could start fires with gas in those cans. First thing I tried in experimental.

I bet gas cans would make great bait.

i have 3 of them check in sheds little storage buildings buy house.

I found the truck and didn´t need gas to it.
Don´t drive on the edge of the map, truck will fall right through the ground..

How far can you go with the tank of gas that you get when you find it?

I Have no glue.
I drove on severograd to the west of the map, where road ended & i falled through the map.
When i got out, i died..

I have found three gas cans one in the big three door garage, the other two were in small sheds. I carried one for miles then I dropped it kill a zombie then I couldn't pick the damn thing up and the truck was right there. I found two trucks both had gas drove until they ran out but because I couldn't pick up the gas can, I could not gas the truck up oh well. Question do you have to have a gas can when you're at a gas station?

Yes you need a can at a station to fill up the truck. Takes about 4 cans of gas for a full tank.

Make sure you put diesel fuel in there and not that unleaded oxygenated crap.
