Am i the oldest player playing dayz?

I get loads of friend requests asking to play dayz and its so funny when they ask how old i am 34 not to old to still be gaming is it lol

no I have see people ages 40-50 playing dayz but it seems there are more younger kids gaming.

DayZ is a "Dad Game".

Appeals to an older crowd who can't quite compete in other games anymore because reaction time and reflexes start degrading after 30.

There is a reason very few pro gamers continue their careers into their 30's. Most are late teens or early 20's. Sad but true, reaction time does start to fade as we get older. Alcohol and lifestyle also add to the decline.

I'm 19 and most of my friends playing dayz are in their early 20s, maybe that's because I don't want to play with 12yo's...
My dad only plays the Civilization Games, he's 58
