Lost please help
dont know how to add picture but im standing inside town where there's a large white ball on a 20 foot post and it has wires or strings coming down to ground. any help would be nice ty

That's not helpful...there are numerous spots that have these white balls (I'd like to call them water tower..you water in the ball..gravity.. and stuff...)

might be "stary sobor" is it costal you are not really providing much to work with
