I use a Logitech G170 Mechanical Gaming keyboard and a Razer Deathadder Gaming mouse. I don't see how a controler would work.

nothing can beat my logitech driving force gt steeringwheel. Takes some effort te learn it, but you'll never go back to keyboard and mouse

I got along fine using a PS3 controller becuase I play on a tv a lot...untill a driver issue that I'm too lazy to fix...the K&M is much more accurate for small aim and looking movements, but the controller is easier for traveling and walking about in general...In combat I would move around with the left stick of the controller, and reach over to the mouse to aim and fire.

Controller wouldn't be good, having so many hotkeys, really utilise the keyboard and mouse.
Better for aiming too

I use a Logitech Extreme 3D pro for most Infantry games, but I do use the KB for DayZ. The controllers and/or joysticks just dont cut it with this game. (I do still use mouse look when I use the stick though)
