How do I wring out wet clothes?

And any other tips for drying off after rain?

I've been making fires and standing near them, but it doesn't seem very effective at drying off... it just makes me warmer but when I leave the fire my temperature just starts dropping again from my wet clothes.

rightklick on the wet clothes then "wring out" and the status changes to damp

You can also right click multiple times wringing out each clothing item and they will actually dry far faster. You simply keep doing it until it no longer gives you the option, then start working on the next item. Don't forget to do hats, gloves, shoes, vests, and backpacks as well.

sit around 2-3 fires, makes it ALOT quicker to dry/get warm
