Police station in Novodmitrovsk?

I made my way to the Novodmitrovsk city for the first time. It's pretty neat, liking it a lot.

May I ask where is the police station that is listed as one of the buildings there? I must have missed it the last 2 or 3 times I logged on and tried to find it.
