Noone can really tell you. The game is in Alpha and hasn't seen any optimization yet, so it's really a gamble how well your system will perform.

Some people have killer rigs and run on low, some people can do high with rather mediocre rigs, it is a bit random at this point in development.

Thats not true my laptop can run it in medium fine.

I wouldnt call Gtx 960 a high end card.

It's your cpu. Currently BIS games beat up on AMD pretty bad in the cpu department.

AMD is desgined for GPU (Graphics Card WIse) and Nivida For CPU.

My laptop is a hybrid with AMD and Nividia but the processor is kinda low end.

People tell me i will get only 13 fps in everygame but i average around 40-55

I'm just saying that if you compare AMD and Intel, Intel performs head and shoulders above with the current BIS tech for cpu.

AMD and Radeon are both AMD. AMD and Intel make cpu's. Nvidia doesn't make cpu's for PC's.

AMD and Nvidia make GPU's.

I run everything on Very High except post processing off and AA on high. Outside cities 60 fps solid. But, man, once I enter those cities the game becomes a slide show @ 10-20 fps. I take the fps hit cause the game looks like crap on lower settings and absoutely jaw dropping on very high. I just keep out of gun fights as much as possible until I'm outside the major cities when fps allows it.

I also put everything to the maximum and I didn´t noticed any fps hits yet.
I have no problems with my two 780ti and i7 3970X ^^

I'd be happy in the future with just 30-40 fps .
In all reality , it is just a game .
