Macro Auto Run on Razer Synapse Stopped Working

Recently just purchased a Razer Naga Hex Mouse for my new computer build. Love it so far besides this little issue. I attempted to see if I could get my PS4 controller to run on Day Z but I didn't like how it was mapped out so I uninstalled corresponding drivers for it and went back to using keyboard/mouse. Noticed right away that my Macro auto run key was not working, but all other set keys for weapons/inventory/prone etc. are working. Any idea what is up?

What is the best way to delete any controls that may have been altered due to the controller being plugged in? I am out of solutions, tried to reinstall the game/steam and just got finished doing a clean install of OS and the problem STILL persists.

Just use your ps4 controller like i do and use your girls hair tie rubber band thingy for auto run like i do lol
