Ugly woman character

Why is the game not letting me remove this ugly ass woman character from the main menu?
I am tired of seeing this ugly ass face every time I open up the game.

Because you keep selecting it when you die.

Next time you log off a server, don't close the game.
- Go to the Character builder and build a new character and name it.
-- BE SURE TO SAVE IT.

Close the game, close the launcher, wait a second and reopen the launcher, select a server and load in .. if you have no gear worth saving, kill your character with a weapon, or by jumping off a high object.

When you get to the respawn menu, select CUSTOM, then in the menu, select your NEW character .. continue to play with the new character.
-- After you're done playing, you can log off and repeat the process to "edit" the old character, changing it to match the new character and SAVE IT .. the old character should now be gone from your list.

First of all thats very rude of you to write because most of the female chars had real life models i believe and secondly, i bet they look ten times better than you and your mum combined.

Selecting custom did it for me in the end more or less. Thank you
