.. "grown men" don't go to social media complaining that they got banned and feel they are owed something more than the server owner/admin has already given them..

Accept your situation, and move on.
the issue is that most community servers share a common banlist, thus you're banned on most of them if you're banned on one.
I guess you can only try your luck on different servers or choose to play on official (maybe only for a while because bans can also be temporarily).
