Update 1.27
Whats your take on the update? Here's my:

The good:
-♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ the good old bulletcracks are back. Not as good as .62 but pretty damn close!
-Inventory change for melee weapons is such a nice and original feature. Such a nice touch for the game.

The bad:
-The new forest sound where you crack a branch with every step of your feet. It's one of those "why the f*** do you even implement it in the game". It's just as annoying as when the trees were creeking a couple of updates ago. Just...WHYY?

Speaking of sound:
-Also I've noticed an ambient sound for vehicles when you are close to a carwreck/ vehicle where you hear a cardoor open even though noone is opening it. They litterally want you to believe that other players are present ALL the time, even though there is NOONE there. The same thing they did with zombie animations (The passive running zombie without aggro) It's just to much.

Like, I can't feel safe for a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ second when I hear all these things all the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ time.(Steps of zombies, branchcracking etc etc.)

-No zombie behaviour and respawn update. I've also seen them go through the hangar walls on the NWAF. I'm going to critic this as long as they have current behaviour. They're still aweful. They can still be a mess to have to deal with.

Personally, this is the best first year patch we ever got. They could've just implement few lines of fixes like always but instead they gave us a proper update which is nice. Crack sound in forests is a bit too much. Hopefully this year they will deliver with new infected AI.

Ouuuf yeah that would be the dream. I get the old 62 standalone vibe with every patch they release now. What affects it to the better is the nofog nonsence when sunny , improved clouds and now also the improved bulletcracks. 62 but better.

Did they sneak it in, or did I miss it in the patch notes….?!?! Unknown food cans make you sick no matter what now??! Like immediately after or while eating.

Yeah i guess. WHat Im sure of though is that in the previous patch you could eat rotten vegitables without getting sick. It was supposably a bug, it's fixed now.
You can still consume rotten veggies, fruits and mushrooms, and unknown cans safely in small portions. You will get "sick", but at very low level, the poisoning has no symptoms. The sickness icon on the hud is really just a warning that you're eating something foul. So just wait till the icon goes away before eating more.

unknown food cans have made you sick since the mod days, you can eat small portions at a time n not get sick though, try taking a vitamin before hand as well I heard that can prevent poisoning

It would always make your stomach full way quicker and you'd throw up if you eat too much, but now it's pretty much guaranteed on your second pet food or unknown that you catch a proper sickness not just the throwing up vitamin still helps but can save it for the 2nd can.

I remember downing almost a full can of unknown before getting the stomach symbol. Now it’s insta-virus symbol after the second bite.
