The point is Skyfall didn't create that folder, deleting it only works because you deleted the Skyfall/BGZ mods, but all you really need to do is unsubscribe them in the launcher and then do verify on your game files, because now you've got to download 10, 20, 30GB of mods again and steam will eventually re-download those bad mods.
Next time you join one of the 9000 fake servers, the mods will run again and alter your game files to force you onto their servers.
I've said in another post, but people keep taking the nuclear approach to fixing Dayz issues, and they just create more problems for themselves.
I posted a solution that works to block the servers from appearing, but apparently only 3 people care about it.
Here is how you get rid of the problem mods .. once this is done, you can use Daxsters method to avoid joining them again:
