Why did this game Change the meat so it always makes you sick? its really annoying now, trying to survive in a game where you can NOT Eat what you kill now, If you could it you should be able to eat it.. come on!!!

I agree it's something I don't really like but, isn't it limited to wolves?
Also, kill zombies for canned food and whatnot instead of locking them inside of buildings.

Just another way of putting things upside down. Devs argument was that people were treating wolves and bears as convenient dinner. Its true. But making their meat poisonous (salmonella) was not needed at all. Devs could just make predators deadly. Years ago, when wolves were first presented it was a nightmare to deal with - a wolf could kill healthy player with one quick attack. Much like today wolves are usually targeting head and neck - one lunge should be enough to kill. And it makes sense since these guys kill that way irl. Lunging should be extremely dangerous. Normal attacks should produce a lot more bleeding.
And finally bears... Did you know that with current programming its absolutely impossible to die from a bear attack? I won't say how to manage that because people should find this out themselves but its super easy and does not need anything special. Aggroed bear could be as easily killed with a few sticks or even with bare hands. Current wildlife is a sham, but it is what it is...

I don't agree with it, but it really shouldn't be a problem.
Cooking food is tedious and something I generally avoid unless I really have no choice.
Bears and wolves do scavenge, so it's not crazy to think that they wouldn't be safe to eat during something like a zombie infection.

Could be other things, maybe something you equipped, maybe the server too.
Some have hardcore features that make you sick for bs reasons.

Ok, well On a server I " was " playing on they had said All the Meat makes you sick. but I am not on it anymore so it does not matter now! lol Thanks for letting me know!!

Tbh if you get tetra pills before you eat a cooked bear / wolf meat, you can still eat it, but as long as the pill icon stays, do not over do it, you will become sick from wolf and bear meat.

Not if you eat a tetra pill first though as I said.

That was my experience, idk if they changed anything in the latest small updates they did.

I like this change more, because as someone already said: endgame was way too easy.

Wolves just find you by howling at you and attacking you (free delivery food for really geared up players)

and now killing a bear? You gotta think twice about it because it's kinda "usless" unless you have a lot of tetra pills or the bear is attacking you, so you are forced to shoot it, or, try to lay down!!! You may be surprised to what happens ;)
