is it 100% death from this? ive been eating a few players and im laughing and twitching, got a sickness icon aswell now. Is this 100% death sentence for me?

I have never gone that route, but from what I have read on the wiki and forums, that is how it works.

Really.. hmm I assumed it was a death sentence eventually. I may have partakes in a little human smorgasbord, I have been force fed the Human tube steak from time to time. But I never played that through. Usually happens when I am messing around with buddies. And I am usually dead 10Xs over by the end of that day so the craziness of kuru never really was a thing to worry about, it was always something funny that happened to me because my friends are sickos who like to mess with ya if u afk near them.

The whole annoyance with the sickness was never seen through as I assumed I would eventually die, or I just got killed before I got to that point.
