Besides getting Salmonella from a cow... Im confused on if I just keep my stats up if it will go away or not. Seems this changes with updates so information is all over the place. Or do NEED Charcoal...

Also will this bacteria in my gut somehow ruin all the food i munch on or water i drink while sick and infect clothes i wear?

Take one multivitamin pill (possibly two), or about 3-4 charcoals, or get your stats near 100% for about 10 minutes. But remember that for example the food and water icons will look full when the stats are only above 70%. So keep eating until the arrows on the apple stop going up.

And yes, salmonella can transfer to any water you drink and food you eat. You should also avoid donating blood when you're sick. Clothes can't become infected however.
