Report a translation problem
IMO if you go running around in the rain, getting slapped about by zeds and you get sick, that's on you, run out of food, that's on you. If anything it stops the game being a COD zombie clone and evens things out for people who do play strategically.
The only problem I do see, is if end game players are coming down with their high end gear and camping out in Cherno/Elektro/Berezino, but teeth chattering is hardly going to make any difference at all to that.
All of the sound effects bother me (especially the thirsty sound effect), so I'd love nothing more than to be able to turn them off, so hearing they're adding another is a disappointment to me. I don't need to hear my stomach grumble or my character shiver every 15 seconds to get the message that I'm hungry/cold, but apparently the game thinks I do and will constantly remind me of it
