Keep joining the same server, altough i pick another one...

Hi all,

i am currently getting pretty frustrated with the game as i can't switch the server i am playing on. I keep getting re-directed to one specific server, it does not matter weather its through the launcher or ingame.

What i have figured out so far:
- Keeps happening for all "Namalsk" Servers with roughly the same mods
- Uninstalling all mods and trying to join a new server + download all the mods there does not help
- It is however possible for me to join a server with a completely different map

The problem is that i really enjoy namalsk (especially the spring version) and want to hop on a different server to play with friends.

Any ideas?

Stuck in one server

Whenever i join another server, i still join the old one (manhunt server). trying dzsa launcher, ingame, official launcher, still nothing. Trying to join another map - livonia, namalsk. Still on Manhunt servers. Dokuments deleted, reinstall completed. i dont know what to do.. If you know something about that, please help me. thanks

every single server with the tags of "3pp, vanilla, high pop, low ping, 6xday 6xnight, is a manhunt server, which im sure is full of russians right?

Sign out of Steam and close it. Delete all "DayZ" files/folders from your Windows "user" directory. Run a full Game Verify/Integrity check. Make sure to delete everything when prompted. Restart Steam.

This is crazy. Join the 'manhunt' discord and find out what's up. Maybe they're running some kind of kernel level crypto miner or something.

I guess I wouldn't be surprised if yer getting some kind of hack installed on your DayZ config if yer connecting to any Russian/Chinese server.

I can feel your pain brother. There seeems to be a problem with servers poluting the list with different names, but same ip adresses

So does that mean that the servers are "fake", even though they have different names, player numbers etc.?

seems like you joined a server at some point that installed something onto your PC to make you log on to only that server.
